A gaggle of about fifteen Canade Geese seem to have taken to the sheltered area of 'no-man's-land' between the bridge and the Old Gaol in Abingdon. Probably they roost there at night and move elsewhere to feed during the day. There were two stragglers moving off at high speed upstream here, with the new glass atrium reflecting blue skylight in the left foreground. A coot hides in the brushwood beyond.
