Coloured posters in the hoardings around the new Library complex building site beside Canada Water (formerly the Old Surrey Docks at Rotherhithe) together with a tower crane above, reflect on the water. A gusty wind affects the water surface apart from in the foreground, which is sheltered by the nearby Shopping Centre.
