Winter 2009-2010
20 years after my first visiting this area when it was a building site, the transformation was so complete that I could not recognise anything apart from the Docklands Light Railway and its station at "Heron Quays", which was built first.
Nearby at Jessop Square swell waves flowing North mingled with wind-formed wavelets and Canary Wharf Tower reflects in this scene.
