The Severn Bore on a Misty Morning at Minsterworth

Quite astonishing to see this series of tidal waves for the first time as they come out of the mist on a calm morning in September, accompanied by people on surf boards and kayaks! Here at Minsterworth, the wave can be seen building up to a greater height on the inside bend of the River Severn.
